Had a great one-night stay! The breakfast selection impressed me, especially for just £5. Room was clean and staff super welcoming. Only downside was sharing a bathroom, which could be inconvenient.

The location stands out with easy access to the Elizabeth line. just a short walk to the station and parking was free during my visit. My room upgrade felt special, and the cleanliness was impressive. the bathroom was poorly designed. It was cramped, leading to an awkward situation when I got locked out because the keycard broke in my pocket. The check-in staff were not available to help promptly, which added to the frustration. Breakfast was pre-ordered, but the selection felt insufficient. While the staff's friendliness helped ease some issues, soundproofing could be significantly improved, as noise from other guests disrupted my sleep. the hotel has potential but needs to address these concerns for a more pleasant stay.

Exceptional cleanliness and efficient staff service.
My experience at Brentwood Guest House Hotel was infuriating. On the first night, I was subjected to loud disturbances from other guests that made it impossible to sleep. The second night was even worse, as rowdy individuals attempted to enter my room. I felt unsafe and had to call for security, who were of no help. This is unacceptable for a hotel claiming to provide a peaceful environment.

Nice choice for a weekend pause in Brentwood with high value for money. The small TV in my room was pretty amusing. Check if your room has a fridge to store snacks.
